Default Office 2007 student edition trial removal

i have just purchased a laptop computer with the office 2007 student trial
pre installed and i want to install my office 2003 proffesional on it. (i
understand i can have office 2003 on my main pc and my laptop under the eula
for 2003 can you confirm this).
Do i just uninstall the 2007 trial version and then install 2003 or do i
need to uninstall the activation assistant and then office 2007 and install
2003.
Thanks
Mark

You need to read your 2003 license. Some licenses do not allow multiple
installations.

Uninstall the trial and then install 2003, if allowed.
