Default Separate files according to subject into Excell

Hi:
I have multiple text files with 4 different subjects. Can any one
please tell me how to i merge in 4 mega text files and 4 mega Excell
sheets. For example:

For all Direct Debit subject i need one jumbo Direct Debit text file.
After each subect there is a hyphen and then a number.

I dont need any thing after hyphen

This newsgroup is for Access, the relational database product. If you are
wanting to merge data into Excel files, you should ask your question in an
Excel newsgroup.
