Visio 2002 restarting problem

Has anyone encountered this problem. When I try to exit Visio 2002 it
automatically restarts. I'm running Visio 2002 on Windows 2000. I
have downloaded and installed all the latest patches.

Select START - RUN - and type the command: visio /r and press the OK button; you will find visio will be coming up; after
visio is completely up, close visio and verify the status.
