Add "Insert Signature" into MS Word Email Editor for Outlook
PLEASE ADD "INSERT SIGNATURE" FUNCTIONALITY INTO WORD EMAIL!!!
I realize you can use autotext or right-click on an automatically inserted signature, but Word's E-mail editor needs the insert sigature functionality that Outlook's editor has. No buts about it! This has been missing for way too many releases- if Microsoft is serious about making computers idiot-proof, they missed the boat on this issue. Word has way more functionality than Outlook, but this one feature outweighs many! VOTE "I Agree" NOW!!!! |

No, I don't agree. Autotext allows you to create a signature in Word and
use that, as well as the method by which you can change signatures. It is not all that hard to do. I would rather Microsoft fix many of the long standing bugs than add features anyway. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. Haha... you're an Outlook expert... of course you don't mind using those
techniques! The average user has *no* idea what Autotext is! I'm just saying it could be more intuitive using the Insert menu or a simple button, but thanks for your opinion anyway!
