Default Date Query with formula

Hi All

I am creating a query which involves the use of dates and times. I have a
date in a table, which I am retrieving via the query. However in the query
I would like to use a similiar formula to that used in excel "WEEKDAY" to
return the day number based on the date eg Mon = 1, Sun = 7. Is it possible
to incorporate a formula such as this into a query?

Thanks

Check out the DatePart function in ACCESS. It will return a number to you
that corresponds to the day of the week, depending upon which day you decide
to call "Day 1" (you specifiy this as one of the arguments in the function).
