Default Forms in Excel

I want to create a form - NOT using ActiveX controls - and
when I open the forms toolbar, several of the options are
not available (e.g., text box). The others appear to work
fine. Any suggestions how I can get to these "grayed out"
buttons? Thanks.

Go into the visual basic editor (alt-f11) and choose Insert/Userform
