Default Outlook Address book

I am trying to set one of my contact folders as an address book. When I go to
the properties of that contact folder and the ioutlook adress book tab, the
box to click to show the folder as an address book is grayed out so it wont
let me designate the contact folder as an address book. What do I do to
correct this?

Depends on what you did to break it. The Outlook Address Book Service exists
and functions by default in a new Outlook profile. Your doesn't. State how
you created this profile and what Outlook version you are using.

Thanks. Actually it's working now. I closed Outlook and restarted it and now
it's working fine.
