I have an error message when sending from outlook 2003, just installed on a
new laptop which had a trial version of 2007. When I first installed 2003
there was a conflict with 2007, so I took off 2007 and reinstalled 2003.
I can receive my emails but can't send I get the error 0x800ccc0d.
Any fixes?

Disable you AV email scanning by un-installing it and then re-installing it without the email scanning feature. You are still protected with your resident AV even if something tries to come through
