Adding, sums, formulas in Visio
I have an organization chart that lists numbers of staff, rather than names. I need to add up each number to give an overall, but can't find a way to create sums in Visio.
Am I asking too much???

Not asking too much ... it just depends on where you want the results to be.
If you just want to sum the values, then use Tools \ Reports ...assuming you have Visio 2002 or later "AngeP" wrote in message ...
