Link Problem between XP files
I have two XP files purposely cross-linked between our
finance group and our project management group. When finance adds a couple of rows in their XP file (they must be able tto do this at will), it throws off my project management data in my project file. This problem occurs often and attempts to solve it continuously fall apart, especially when a different finance person works their files. Doesn't Excel know when rows have been added to a linked file? Having to constantly update links to show the correct data is a real pain. What's worse, if someone in our project group is not linked properly, it makes them think their money was pulled by finance and their project was killed. Please help! |
