'installing New MS Word Feature' please fix!! (this is absurd)
~MS Office (Word & Excel) randomly starts with the message "installing new MS
Word Feature" -- This requires hunting down the original disk (~20 Minutes) before it can install. I spent $30 with your help line to fix this PROBLEM. The 'fix' lasted for ~10 days -- now it's back!! This is a very, very bad feature!!! Even the message is absurd 'new feature' what is this new feature? -- what if I don't want the new feature? Using: MS Office Professional (Enterprise edition 2003) + Windows XP with SR-2 ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
