Default Tab Control and Date Time Picker Error

I've got a tab control and the microsoft date time picker that generates
errors when I move to the next record on my form.

It works fine when I scroll through multiple records as long as I've
selected the tab control where all the dropdown date picker fields are on,
but when I select the 2nd tab (where there are only text boxes with
information on them ) and then scroll through the records of the database, I
get the following error: "An error occured in a call to the Windows Date and
Time Picker control" with an "ok" button for each of the date/time picker
controls I have on the form. If I select the focus back on the tab that has
the date and time pickers on it then I can scroll through the database
records without the error coming up, it only comes up when I change the focus
to a different tab.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Thanks,

Rone
