Default Require EXCEL like table in Report

Hi,
Could someone help me with this?

Currently I have report generation where the data is seen in this format:

Phone Result Remarks
A760 R Does not support Voice Dialling
A835 P
V3 P
A1000 F Cannot hear Voice Dial tone

I would instead like the report to look like this:

Phone A760 A835 V3 A1000
Result R P P F

Phone Remarks
A760 Does not support Voice Dial
A1000 Cannot hear Voice Dial tone

The report leaves out those which passed, only printing those with remarks
or fail.
AND the initial results are printed sideways to save space.

This is because my reports have at least 18 phones, and the difference is a
200+ page report compared with a 70+ page report

Thanks in advance,
