Default OFFICE 2007: Home and Student

My laptop has recently has a new motherboard installed and I have lost
everything on my hard drive including OFFICE 2007, I have 2 different product
codes which I believe one is for Home and Student, however I downloaded the
software online and DO NOT have an email relating to this software still
available, yet now I have a TRIAL version of Home and Student and tried to
update it to the full version and used both codes (one at a time) and neither
updated my Trial version, now I dont want to spend another £70+ on another
one, and cannot find a direct number to call that I dont have to pay a £46
fee!!! And troubleshooting does not cover this!!!

The Trial version cannot be converted with your key
When you download software its down to you to burn a copy of that download
file to external media together with any receipt or key, if you do not have
these you are stuffed.
As it is your only alternative is to find someone with an Office 2007 H&S
disc, use that to install using your key, or you will have to go out and
repurchase
