Default Office 2003 open and save errors

Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003 will present error - "not enough
memory to open," unless I turn off and reboot computer. Then it will open bu
tnot allow me to save document. I tried to "repair" office from the control
panel, but system reports it is unable to find "ZF561407.CAB" even when I
tell it to search the installation disk. Then I need to cancel the repair
and it reports a "fatal installation error." Can anyone offer support to fix
this situation?
