Why are names being duplicated when I merge?
I am trying to make name badges and when I merge I notice that some of the
names are being duplicated.

Why are names being duplicated when I merge?
Not enough information. Is this a random duplication? In which case you
probably have duplicated records? Is there any identifiable pattern? What type of merge is this? What Word version? The program is Word 2003. The names on the right hand column are being

Why are names being duplicated when I merge?
In that case see http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm
(and maybe http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_graphics.htm) and see where what you are doing differs from that process.
