Help installing photo editor please

I have office 2000 and have been trying to install Photo editor from the
disc, the short cut has loaded in the shortcut has loaded in Microsoft
office tools but when clicked on is does not open properly and all I get is
the logo on the task bar, I have tried all options installing from cd,
running first set up etc.

Any help appreciated.

Hi John,

It's possible that it's running off screen. If you right click
on the Taskbar icon and choose maximize (if available) that may
help or you may want to choose a blank spot on the taskbar and
right click and choose 'cascade' to see if brings it back on screen.
