Tally report
A tally expression can be created in a group or report footer like:
=Sum(Abs( [Condition Expression]) ) for instance =Sum(Abs( [Gender]="M") ) or =Sum(Abs( [State]="MN") ) Tallying 32 fields sounds a bit un-normalized but I assume you know your tables and this structure works for you. -- Duane Hookom MS Access MVP -- "Brad" wrote in message ...
