Default With compliment slips

I am trying to create a template for our with compliment slips that are 21cm
wide x 10cm high. Can anyone help me with creating this and how I then tell
my printer to print this size?

thanks a bundle

Most printer drivers are poor with custom page sizes so, assuming you are
using individual sheets, check whether the printer will handle them better
as portrait or landscape and set the page layout accordingly. Use the next
larger standard paper size and make up the difference with margins so that,
when printed, the text prints in the correct place.
