My system has recently crashed and after reinstal I realized that I lost the
CD key for my Office 2003. Is there any way I can, upon proving that I do
have a genuine OEM MS product, get a new key?
Thanks for any help

You need to contact who ever sold you that OEM software - your computer
vendor?

MS can't help you because your product is not what is called a RETAIL
VERSION.

Probably, but it's worth the phone call.

And I'm sure Mr. P. Iracy at Microsoft would love a copy of your reply

I was trying to find a way to say the same thing and ended up deleting my
response. Thank you for saying that for me.

IDIOT, I was going to give him the address AT MICROSOFT where you can rebuy a
key for 1/2 price since it came with the bundled software. So back the hell
off of me. You guys obviously don't know the email address and James Johnson
of MS doesn't want it given out it a FORUM. So back the hell off. I wasn't
doing any thing illegal except protecting James's email address. I'm a BETA
TESTER I know the rules. But HE is the one to approach for these issues.
You could go the looooooonnnng way as YOU suggested but since James is a
friend of mine this way would be faster. SO BITE ME. I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING
ILLEGAL THAT WOULD JEPORDIZE MY CERTIFICATIONS. DO YOU EVEN HAVE
ANY????????? So send MR. P Iracy a copy and he'll inform you that I AM
RIGHT. I'm a Network Admin and I KNOW the laws....and I know the people that
get the job done faster OBVIOUSLY YOU DON'T.......
I've seen some of your answers and wonder where the hell you get your
information. Just because you bought it bundled doesn't mean MS doesn't have
a backup plan for when you lose it. God, Don't write me again until you can
prove certification.

Hey - calm down and you might want to clean up the language a bit too while
you are at it.

By the way, certifications only mean that you can pass the test.
