Default Question about chapter numbering with Included files

I have a long document that I need to break into files by chapter and use a
master document with IncludeText merge fields to link the individual chapter
files. Is there a way to make the chapters number correctly in both the
master document and when chapter files are opened independantly?

Thanks,

Keith

Only using static numbering, I should think. Or, very possibly, SEQ fields
that you set manually for the starting number.
