How do I 'keep source formating'??
When inserting a powerpoint presentation into another I
am having problems keeping the formating of the inserted presentation i.e. if the presentation I am inserting into has a blue background and white writing, but the presentation I want to insert has a red background with white writing in a different font how do I stop it reverting to presentations format i'm inserting into? Usually there is a button which allows me to 'keep source formating' but the version of PP i'm using doesn't seem to have this. Any ideas? Many Thanks |

The "keep source formatting" was introduced into powerpoint with version 2002/XP.
If you are using powerpoint 97 or 2000 then this feature is not available. For workarounds see http://www.echosvoice.com/multipletemplates.htm Cheers TAJ Simmons microsoft powerpoint mvp awesome - powerpoint backgrounds, free powerpoint templates, tutorials, hints and tips etc http://www.powerpointbackgrounds.com wrote in message ...
