Default adding a label

I need to add one new label in the middle of a page of labels at the end of a line...how can I get the other labels to shift down and to the first label of the next line. The labels are sorted by zip code so they must stay in order.

Don't store the data for your labels in a Word labels file. Get them into
either a table with columns or an Excel worksheet. Then use mailmerge to
create your labels each time. It's extremely easy once set up properly. See
www.theofficeexperts.com/word.htm for mail merge info.
