Default Changing Pivot Table Data Source to multiple ranges

In Excel 2007, I just ran out of room on a tab that feeds into several pivot
tables that feed into other daily and weekly reports. I have found the way
to create a pivot table with multiple consolidation ranges, but have not seen
any way to edit the data source of an existing pivot table to include another
range. Is this possible to do, or do I have to create all new tables?
