Can the database objects window be hidden?
We have not created an mde file but instead just run the compiled
mdb. I do not want our users to ever see the database window (that appears when F11 is pressed). Is there a way to replace it with a graphic background image? If not, can I somehow set the database to never allow the database window to not show, maybe by having a default form always display when other forms are not open or if a popup form only displays?

What in fact are you giving the user? I do not want our users to ever see the database window (that appears when F11 is pressed). Turn off the appropriate checkboxes in the Startup - Allow Access Special Keys, Display Database Window, etc., and specify your own form in the Startup dropdown box. If you turn off full menus, shortcut menus and default toolbars, you'll need to construct your own custom toolbar to allow the user to do those things that you want them to be able to do - such as exit the database. -- John W.
