2003 to 2007
Customer purchased Office Small Business Edition 2007. Currently has Office
2003 installed. Input the product key which was accepted and assumed all components would be installed. After the installation Outlook 2007 was not installed. Went back to the installation CD and Outlook 2007 is disabled and unavailable for installation. Any ideas on how to Outlook 2007 on this system. System is running Windows XP SP2 fully patched. Thanks |

2003 to 2007
You'll need to remove any previous version of Outlook on your computer
first. I would recommend completely uninstalling Office 2003 before installing Office 2007. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "Walter Graff" wrote in message ...
