outlook 2002 does not run, can I delete and then re-install it?
Qutlook Express runs great, Outlook 2002 (windows XP) will not run at all.
(will not send out nor recd in emails) Can I remove Outlook and then re-install it? With Outlook Express up end of June, now must solve this ASAP

configuration issue and not an installation issue. This has nothing to do with the OP. Don't hijack a thread but create a new
one of your own.
