There are a lot of different ways to backup your e-mails and contacts, I have
not found any way to backup the POP e-mail accounts and settings inside Outlook. If you know of any please pass it along. Most forums that I have read lead you to an external $35.00 program to be able to do something that should be integretated into Outlook. I have 14 to 15 e-mail accounts that I monitor and it is a pain to input them all manually. "Gordon" wrote: "James Griffin" wrote in message ... There really needs to be an easier way to back up your e-mail settings that is for sure, because the backup inside of Outlook does not do it. There IS no native backup "inside" of Outlook. What do you mean by that? See here for information on how to backup and restore Outlook data: http://www.howto-outlook.com:80/howt...andrestore.htm -- Asking a question? Please tell us the version of the application you are asking about, your OS, Service Pack level and the FULL contents of any error message(s) |

If you have Outlook 2003 you can use the "Save My Settings" Wizard in Start-All Programs-Microsoft Office-Microsoft Office Tools. Unfortunately that was removed in Office 2007... -- Asking a question?
