My contacts are saved 50/50 with Last Name, First Name and the other Company
Name. I would like to save all by Company Name (The Header) then Last Name,
First Name. Can I sort this at once or do I have to do each one individually?

Clarify what you want to do. Sorry, but your post makes no sense.

Specifically, what do you mean by "save all by ..."? Are you talking about
changing the value of the File As property? Or about how the items are sorted
in the folder view?
