Default HOW DO I DELETE THE OUTBOX.OUTMAIL IS STUCK IN OUTBOX.

I wrote a new e-mail and attached some pictures to it. I then tried to send
it and it went to the out box and stayed there. The message keeps saying that
windows is trying to send it however it's not going. I tried to delete it
without any success. what is the secret to deleting messages that are stuck
in the outbox. Please help.

Additional to what Gordon has advised, you can try opening the email and
then closing it which stops it from sending. Then try to delete.
