Default Scatterplot Point & Drag workaround in Excel 2007

Point and drag data points on scatter plot chart not available in Excel 2007
as it was in 2003 - is there a workaround or is this feature coming back soon?

Default Scatterplot Point & Drag workaround in Excel 2007

I know of no workaround but I have asked for it to be reinstated in XL 2010
(cross your fingers)
best wishes

Disheartening, but thank you for the answer. I hope it comes back. Although
the charts in 2007 are prettier - and excel really needed a charting upgrade
when you compare it to other apps like Matlab - the new charts in 2007 are
slower and in this case functionality has been reduced. Looks like my
dashboard apps are going to have to stay in Excel 2003.
