Default Excel 2007 Scatter Charts Pont & Drag Available?

Point and drag data points on scatter plot chart not available in Excel 2007
as it was in 2003 - is there a workaround or is this feature coming back soon?

This feature was removed from Excel 2007. I haven't tested it in the
2010 beta yet, but I expect not to see it.
