Default Transpose table from inserted access database

I want to insert data from access into a word document but when it comes into word the field names are the first row and the data are in the rows below. How can I convert this so that the field names are the first column and the data appears in subsequent columns

Default Transpose table from inserted access database

First Paste it into Excel, then Copy it to the Clipboard in Excel and use
Paste Special in Excel to transpose the rows and columns, then copy the
transposed data to the clipboard so that it can then be pasted into Word.
