Default Product key not recognised

I'm trying to reinstall MS Office 2003 and find the key is not recognised. i
must have mixed up the keys I have on record or mis-copied it. Is there a
Microsoft contact will help me?

If it is NOT an OEM, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811224

If it is an OEM version, contact your computer manufacturer.
