Default Smart distribution list?

Hi

I want to send emails to a list of people, but i would like to make it look like it's been sent individually to them. i.e. it doesn't have everyone elses address on or the name of the distribution list, just my name. (i can do this by sending it as BCC, can't i?). i would also like the email to have the persons name on the top. so it can start "Dear ****", were ** is that persons name. so i don't have to put dear all or dear distribution list, etc.

any help would be great.

thanks,
Richard

You can do a Mail Merge from within Word for this.

You can also use this easy tool from MAPILab;
http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/send_personally/
If you decide to order use "4PM76A8" to get a discount
