Default Populating a cell based on a range of values (Part III)

The formula that RagDyeR sent is working great, but now the users want to add
.1000 to the formula and I'm not sure how to do this. The formula as it is
now is:
=LOOKUP(A1,{0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7,0.8,0.9, 1;10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,0})

Please let me know if this can be done.

The value that they want in the result cell is 10 if the value in the table
is .100.

Sorry I left that part off!
