Default auto-populate a table?

I want to design a table with two fields. Field 1 is a number and Field 2
is a date/time field. Field 1 is merely a shortened version of Field 2 that
I use to conserve keystrokes. Example:
Field 1 Field 2
7 7:00 am
715 7:15 am
730 7:30 am
etc.

(Using this "conversion" table, I can simply type in "7" and it will store
as 7:00 am. Fortunately, all the times I need are within a 12-hour period,
so I'll never need a 7:00 pm.)

Now, being the lazy person that I am, I'd like to automatically populate
this table, or at least Field 2, in 5 minute intervals from 7:00 am through
6:55 pm, without having to manually enter all those times.

Can it be done and how? Is it possible to do it first in Excel and then
inport the table?

Thanks in advance for your creative solution!

Jerry

Default

In the infamous words of Gilda Radner, "Never mind."

I figured it out using Excel and then importing.
