How do I save a picture into Clip Art Organizer? I have Pub 2003

I saved a piece of clipart and found where the clipart folder is -- C
drive--Programs--Microsoft Office--Clipart.... that part is fine...but how
to i get it into the Organizer so that when I do a search for say "house" it
comes up. Right now I can find it by going up to Insert and find the file
where I saved it.......but I'm thinking that down the road I may not remember
that part and would like for it to come up when I do the search in Publisher.
I have found answers to almost everything I've ever needed here---and I KNOW
one of you geniuses in the Community will be able to help me with this!!

Start, Microsoft Office Tools, Microsoft Clip Organizer, File, Add clips to
Organizer, either select "On my Own or Automatically".

If you download from the Office site
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/cl...321031033.aspx
the clips will automatically go into the Organizer.
The clips downloaded from the Office site are in the Pictures folder, Microsoft
Clip Organizer.
