Default How do I load blank forms into PDF & fill in blanks?

I have been away from systems for quite some time, so please bear with me! I
am wanting to scan blank forms, then, using "CUTPFD" fill in the blanks. Then
print the form out. If anyone can give me a step by step procedure, I would
greatly appreciate it. If i need to go to another software package, please
advise. Thank you
in advance.... John_T

Ask the question in a CutePDF newsgroup, not Word.
