Downloading FTP and republishing.
My friend made a page for me in Publisher and published it on the web. Now I
downloaded the FTP files at home but I dont know how to open the page in Publisher so I can edit it and publish it again.

Your friend needs to send you the .pub file. Assuming, of course, that you
