Default Excel 2007 - Copy Picture Resolution

When I select cells to copy as a picture in Excel 2007, the resolution is
terrible. Text and objects with shadow's are very blotchy when pasting the
picture.
How do you change the resolution of a 'Copy Picture'?

Default Excel 2007 - Copy Picture Resolution

I have been extremely dissatisfied with the picture format in Excel
2007. In earlier versions it was decent but in 2007 it's horrible. In
2007 bitmaps look better than the metafile (picture) format.

I have not come across a way to make this any better, other than opening
2003 when I want to do something like this.
