Word & Adobe Acrobat Standard

My 3 Adobe icons have disappeared from Word. They have also disappeared from
the toolbar options. Does anyone know what the problem is?

I also cannot convert the Word document into .pdf through Adobe.
I have tried to reinstall Adobe Acrobat Standard but that has also not helped.

If this is Acrobat 7/8 you could simply have switched off the toolbar.
If it is an earlier version check Help About Word disabled items.
As for Acrobat not working, that has nothing to do with Word - try an
Acrobat forum.

If the above suggestion does not work, try reinstalling the PDFMaker component of Adobe Acrobat through the Adobe installer or add/remove programs control panel.

Did you try File - Print and select the Adobe PDF "printer"?

Out of curiosity, which version of Word and which version of Acrobat?
