Default Changing password in Outlook Express

I have forgotten my password in Outlook Express. In order to put in a new one
I have to give my original password. Sounds like a catch-22!
How do I get around it?
I have OE 6.0
Thanks in advance.

For the logon password:

Your ISP should be able to tell you, or see this site for a tool to retrieve
your e-mail account password:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/mailpv.html

For an identity password:

http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/faqs/how.htm#delnopass
Or:
