Report view problem
Hi All
some users having problem viewing reports, for some reason access does not retrieve the default printer driver to use it for viewing. if user having HP LaserJet 4050 installed as default printer, he is unable to view some report, even if he has another printer (LaserJet 4 or 5), and he is getting this error message "There wasa problem retrieving printer information for the object, the object may have been sent to printer that unavailable" If I make one of the other 2 printer default printer, he can view the report but before actual report print he has to change printer to the old one (which located next to him) Any fix for this problem, is it windows issue or Access problem Regards |
