For what program?
Outlook 2002 can integrate with Windows 2000 Personal Fax and Windows XP
Fax.

Windows ME has no fax software.

Russ, am I able to run a fax program from the Outlook 2002 on WinMe?

Outlook 2002 does not come with a Fax service, it uses the Fax service
provided by the operating system. This means you're out of luck under WinME
because Millennium Edition did NOT include a Fax service.

They say;
