Default Aliasing and artifacts when saving 2003 to 2002 format

When I save my Visio 2003 native format drawings to 2002 format using the
"save As 2002" feature, the file viewed through Visio 2000 desktops appears
to be undersampled and some extra horizontal line artifacts appear. THe same
file opened in Visio 2003 looks fine. This appears to be a problem with the
2003 - 2002 converter in Visio. I am using Visio 2003 SP1 with all updates
installed.
Does anyone else have this problem?
