Default OUTLOOK

OUTLOOK 2003 has very recently started name checking in outgoing mail with
multiple addressee's. if there is a duplication of name - such as
and - OUTLOOK is forcing me to choose one or the
other when I want to send to both. How can this be stopped?

Are these two e-mail addresses attached to the same contact record in
Outlook?
