Turn off Symantec Fax Starter but preserv Outlook e-mail settings

Outlook users please help. I cannot seem to figure out how to set up the
system so that I can STOP getting the following error message which is
driving me crazy:
Task 'Symantec Fax Starter Edition - Sending' reported error (0x80042109) :
'Outlook is unable to connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you
continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).'


I have a separate fax machine with a phone line so I do not fax from my
computer.

I think WinFax SE had fastest extinction of anything that ever roamed this
planet.

Annie, Go to your Start/Settings/Control Pannel/AddRemove Programs and
uninstall Winfax SE. If it asks you do you want to delete all files or just
program files, choose all files. It will give you a nasty little warning,
Just ignore it.
