Default Visio "Save as web page" and using cascading style sheets

I would like to publish some Visio drawings to our Intranet with a consistent
appearance and hyperlinks. We use existing style sheets (CSS).
When I use "save as web-page" and select "Publish" and the "Advanced" tab I
notice the two boxes (for user data) listed as "Host in web page" and "Style
Sheet" but neither seem to alter the published result. Is there any
specific help available for those configuration items? What do they do?
What must the CSS file contain for it to be used by Visio?
