Default Outlook 2007 Freezes

Outlook freezes from me often, it freezes when I first pull it up, and it
freezes when ever i click on contacts. I have installed office ultimate 2007
on my XP home 2gighz fully updated laptop. It seems that my problem started
when I first tried to import files from a csv file, I accidently imported
thousands of blank contacts, I don't know how many. Outlook started freezing
from then on, I did delete all the contacts but the issue is still there, I
ran Microsoft Office Diagonistics, but it said everything was OK. I also ran
a repair but that still didnt fix the issue.

I think what you should try is creating a new Outlook profile:

http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/newprofile.htm

When it comes to importing the CSV file, do the following:

Start Outlook, click FIleImport andf ExportImport from another program or
fileNext. Select Comma Separated Values (Windows) (or DOS, if this choice
doesn't work), click Next. Follow the remaining prompts.

Post back to let me know how you managed.
